Karla notices the discarded clothing.

I ran over to Karla's tail, about the distance of a stadium, and could barely reach her fin. I managed to hoist myself up, and the scales on her tail were shockingly good footholds.

Every once and a while Karla would turn to look around, leading to me losing my balance and falling down a few feet. Eventually, I reached the base of her kimono, and as soon as I grabbed on to the vibrant red fabric, I saw the ground get closer and closer as Karla sat down. My entire body shook as her enormous mass hit the ground. I peered around the back of her kimono and was filled with immediate comfort. She was holding my watch, open to the main screen. The watch was like a children's toy in her hands, but she maneuvered through the menus until she reached the screen to manage my pokeballs. She tapped on Sophia's portrait, and suddenly I saw the smaller Sophia jump into her ball, on the floor, in a flash of light.

I knew for now, Sophia's torment was over, but my world turned on its side as Karla leaned over to investigate my garments of clothing on the floor.

Since her back was a flat surface, it was much easier for me to walk up to Karla's shoulders, but along the way the world shifted again, as she sat back up. It had now been a good half hour since Sophia put me in this predicament, and Karla's confusion was being slowly replaced with fear and sorrow, as she held my shirt up to her chest, clutching it as tight as possible. I wanted to comfort her, all the more motivation to continue my ascent.

I grabbed onto her smooth locks of dark hair, and mustered my core strength to climb them like ropes. I was exhausted when I reached her shoulder, when I leapt onto it. I could see some wet lines on her face, an indication that she was crying. I had been so patient with Sophia since I got her, but making such a nice girl like Karla cry I found unforgivable.

"Karla! Can you hear me?!" I yelled, to no reaction. I decided that I needed to get into her ear, so my voice would be heard. I felt a surge of adrenaline, and used my newfound energy to continue my ascent. eventually I reached her ear, large as I was tall.

"Karla! Can you hear me?!" I repeated, and I suddenly had to grab on to the skin of her ear to resist being catapulted, as Karla darted her head around looking for me.

"Stop moving your head, please!" I asked, and Karla immediately stopped.

"Master, where are you? I'm so lonely without you." Karla cried.

"Don't freak out, but I'm in your ear. Sophia shrank me and I'm sorry I got you worried, taking so long to climb you."

"That bitch!" Karla yelled, surprising me. From what time I knew Karla, I always knew her as a calm, collected, supportive individual, not the kind of person to use that kind of vernacular. "So how small are you?"

"I don't know exactly, but maybe somewhere between an inch or two."

"If its not too scary, please step onto my hand, I want to see you." She suddenly put her palm up to both ears, I guess I never specified I was in her left ear, but nevertheless, I stepped onto her ginormous hand,

"Okay, I'm on!" I yelled into her ear canal.

Suddenly the floor under my shifted, making me fall onto my rear, and Karla cupped her two hands together, around a foot from her face.

She gave me a relieved smile, and I was comforted by her soft expression, night and day from Sophia's sadistic glare.

We simply looked at each other for a good minute, Karla still recovering from her prior fear. Tears still welled in her eyes.

I cut her out of the trance with a gesture, a scooping motion indicating her to come closer. She then was nearly pressing her hands into her chin, and I walked over to her plush lips. I gave her a kiss and I saw the world around me turn light fuchsia, and the corners of her mouth curled into a soft smile.

I suddenly saw her eyes light up, as she lifted me back to her ear.

"So any ideas on how we can talk better? I can lift you to my ear but its not the best if you have something to say. And what is it like being so small? You must be terrified of me."

"I don't know how we should talk, but can you pick up my phone and turn it on? I think we should get Mia to help. I would talk to Sophia through my watch, but I most likely couldn't bare to see her face. Oh yeah, and Karla, I just want to say that I love you, no matter how big you are to me."

Karla lifted up my phone in her right hand, and dropped me onto it. the floor under me lit up, and I typed in my pass code, being careful to not trigger the touch screen where I stepped. I maneuvered to Mia's contact, and pressed call. She picked up immediately, the dial tone playing for less than a second.

"Hey, whats up?"

"Hey Mia, I really need your help, where are you?" I asked

"Oh I'm still in New Goldenrod, why? You sound distressed"

"Can you come to the base of the volcano? It's urgent, I'll explain when you get here."

"Okay Mark, I really hope you're okay, is this about your shrinking?"

"Yeah, but I don't want to talk about it right now, please get here ASAP"

I hung up, and looked up at Karla, she had an expression of embarrassment.

"Um Mark? If you don't mind, could we kiss again? It made me so happy." Karla murmured coyly.

She suddenly lifted me back up to her mouth, and pressed my lips to hers. She smiled again, and lifted me to her eyes, each inspecting me like fine print.

"You know master, I must say you're so cute at this size, I didn't know I could love you any more than when you were big."

I blushed at this compliment, and Karla took notice and giggled at my reaction.

When I was with Sophia, all I could think about is wanting to get bigger, yet right now I was happy at my size, wanting to be with Karla for the rest of my days.

Lost in Karla's gaze, I didn't hear Mia run up beside her, only reaching Karla's hips.

"Karla! Since when were you so big? and wheres Mark and Sophia?"

Karla suddenly looked away from me and looked down at Mia.

"Mia! Something bad happened, let me get on your level." Karla said, sitting down cross legged.

She then lifted me in front of Mia's face.

It was odd to see a familiar face like Mia's tower over me, and it was especially foreign when she pinched me up between her fingers. I don't think she realized her strength or my fragility, as I immediately yelped from the pain, causing Mia to immediately cease the pressure, and causing Karla to reach for me in immediate concern, only stopping when I I nodded at her, signaling it was fine.

"Wow, you really shrunk fast, did you go to the doctor like I said?"

I tapped on my ear and Mia recognized what I was gesturing, as she lifted her hand up to the side of her head.

"I did, but they didn't have an explanation or cure. But now I know the source, turns out Sophia knew a move she was using to slowly shrink me, and now that she evolved, she was able to shrink me down to, well this."

"Oh my god that's horrible! Where is she now?"

"Karla got her back in her pokeball, but I don't understand why I didn't grow back, maybe since its an unregistered move the pokedex didn't share everything,"

"An unregistered move?"

"Yeah its called something like size drain, but lets get back on track."

"I need a way to easily talk to you guys, and Karla is smart, but I don't think shes too technically adept, so could you maybe rig up something?" I asked,

"Ah I see, why don't we go see Professor Juniper?"

"Good idea, want to get on the road then?"

"Hey watch this, I made another friend, and she can definitely help us here."

Mia then set me back in Karla's hands, and she pulled out a pokeball. Out came a loose hoodie wearing girl, with two large bat wings and two fangs. The wings were a dark shade of blue, and the insides were a vibrant purple, which mirrored the colors of her outfit.

"Where are we, Mia?" the Pokemon asked

"We're at the base of the volcano, I have someone to introduce you to."

the Pokemon began looking around, stopping when she saw Karla.

"Hello. My names Luna, I'm a Golbat, you are?" Luna said, extending her hand to Karla.

"Oh Luna, shes not the one I'm introducing, look closer." Mia corrected, and Karla held me out in front of Luna.

Luna's eyes closed in on me, and she had a look of intrigue.

She then extended a single finger, and I reached out and shook it.

"This here is Mark, we need you to fly all of us back to the lab." Mia introduced.

"Wow, your so small Mark, it's nice to meet you, and yeah, I can carry you guys, as long as ms. giantess gets in a pokeball." Luna said, gesturing at Karla.

Karla seemed slightly hurt at the jab at her size, and looked down at me. I pointed over to her pokeball on the ground, and she turned around from the group to talk to me privately.

"You sure we can't just walk? I don't know if I trust Mia enough to keep you safe." Karla said, holding me up to her ear.

"If you cant trust Mia, trust me. I know Mia, shes a nice girl, you don't need to be worried."

"If you say so." Karla said, before smooching me into her palm.

Karla then walked back to the group, and dropped me in Mia's palm, before dropping her pokeball in Mia's hand as well. Mia pressed the button and Karla disappeared.

Mia picked up all my belongings and shoved them in my bag, before slinging it over her shoulder. It suddenly got dark around me as the hand I was in closed into a fist, and I felt the gust of air from Luna flapping her wings, lifting Mia into the air.

In not much time, we were in front of the lab, and Mia let Karla back out, handing me to her.
