Just leave it be for now

Jack still didn't know what to think of the short clip on his daughter's computer, but for the moment he quickly decided it wasn't worth getting caught like this, and so he turned to leave her room as soon and quietly as possible. He'd barely made it outside however, when he suddenly heard the bathroom door opening, and he saw Jennifer stepping into view before he had the chance to return to his room unnoticed.

"Dad...?" She said, with a look of mild surprise on her face, while they stared at one another for a second. At first she merely seemed curious to find him still at home this time of the day, but then she must've remembered in what state she'd left her computer, as she suddenly hurried to try and keep him from peeking inside her room.

"What are you doing at home already...?" She stuttered nervously, while pushing herself in between her father and the open door, but only made it even more obvious that there was something going on that she didn't want him to find out about. On the other hand she certainly managed to draw his attention away for a second, by incidentally placing herself much closer to him than they were both comfortable with, and as a result he could barely look her in the eyes without staring down the front of her shirt as well.

This slight distraction was further added to by the fact that she was only wearing some skimpy lingerie underneath, which seemed to be the same as she'd worn in the short film, and with most of the loose shirt's buttons undone she'd certainly put a lot of her silky cleavage on full display. That didn't mean she was flaunting herself though, like her older sister would've done in the same seat, but instead her naturally sultry eyes had about the same effect as if she'd been actively trying to seduce the man in front of her.

"I just didn't need to get back to work yet." Jack eventually told her, while trying his best to keep his voice and eyes in check, but felt like he wasn't doing much better at acting than she was. In fact she could probably read him like an open book, considering the way she glanced down to her own chest, but apparently she got distracted from covering up by the question he asked in return. "And what about you?"

"I just had a short day at school..." Jennifer mumbled, in a way which inclined there was a bit more to the story that that, but Jack wasn't all that curious to find out. Instead he was a lot more troubled by his own situation, as he really didn't want to talk about the clip he'd found at the moment, and so he simply tried to pretend like he didn't have a clue as to what was on the girl's screen inside of her room.

"Well, okay then." He shrugged, and then walked right past her on his way to the bathroom. Of course it didn't feel like his most natural reaction to such a vague reply, but at least it gave them both some leeway for the moment, until he was better prepared for discussing some do's and don'ts regarding his daughter's habits in front of her computer...
