Just Leave

You don't know why, but fighting Knights is always such a pain. Perhaps it's your Blue nature and preferring to go after prey that is less lethal, but getting into unwarranted fights just seems like too much work.

With that in mind, you slip out of the water out of sight and wait for him to disappear into the lair. Once he's gone, you spread your wings and take to the air and fly along the coast. Sure, the knight will get free reign to take whatever he wants, but surely he couldn't take everything. Becides, you had already resolved to change your ways and not worry about endless greed.

Fortunately this particular coastline isn't heavily populated by ports. Just a few fishing villages. The steep cliffs along the water's edge makes it difficult for the humans to make their cities to import their wealth. Things can still happen from time to time though. Perhaps you will encounter something exciting to begin your quest of redemption. It doesn't have to be that big to start with. Something small to impress a local village or town and from there your legend may grow.
