"I got you, John." Nicole giggles.

"Let me think a moment." She says with a toughtful expression.

"I dare you to do ten push ups."

"That's the lamest thing i ever heard." Says Tom.

"Ok, make it twenty." Replies Nicole.

Silently Tom facepalms.

"Nicole, sweety, that's still pretty lame." Sarah lectures.

"Anyway, a dare it's a dare."

"By the way... What happens if he dosen't make it?" Intervenes Matt with a mocking tone.

"Well said Matt. It's something to consider" Replies Sarah seriously.

You feel a bit understimated while getting up and preparing yourself.

"I think some kind of penalty for failing a dare is needed. And i think it's up to Nicole
choosing it." Continues Sarah.

"Sounds right." Smirks Miranda, looking straight into your face for a moment.

What was that?

"Ok,ok... If you fail John, you have to remove you shirt"
Nicole quickly finishes the phrase avoiding your gaze.

You notice that she seems to be almost blushing.

"Ok fine." You say confidently, stretching a bit.

"Wait. We should add this rule from now on. If it is possible to fail the dare, then, there has to be a penalty. Do we all agree?" Says Sarah.

We all nod in response.

"Ok tough guy, you may begin." Conceds Sarah.

You start doing push ups feeling the eyes of the girls on yourself.
All that you drank and smoke at the party suddenly gets back at you.
You almost doubt of yourself at some point, but you manage to complete the dare.

"There you go." You say, almost breathless, to Nicole. The effort is making you feel like you want to throw up, but you manage to keep your composure.

She looks a bit disappointed and gives you a little smile. Miranda instead looks amused while she hands you the hat.

"My turn now." You exclaim while you rummage in it.
