John, Decides to Stay with Karen

John doesn’t want to risk doing something to his sister. So, John decides to stay and help Karen even though his allergies are giving him a hard time. John grabbed some gloves and a trash bag and began to help Karen then he decided he could use her as a test subject as he has never been too fond of her. John holds the stone in his pocket and asks Karen, “You are still married right?” A small shift later and a ring appears on her ring finger. “Yeah, I decided to forgive him for cheating on me just once so we stayed together.” She said a smile on her face.

John realized what he had done and was a little unnerved. He had changed it so they never got the divorce and she stayed married to an disloyal husband. John got an idea to set himself at ease. “But, you cheated on him way more than he cheated on you, and you never got caught.” John said a satisfying smile crossing his face. Karen turned around with almost a horrified expression on her face. She practically yelled, “How do you know about that! Did one of them tell you!” Karen began to lower her voice realizing she was making too much noise.

“Please come inside, my husband won’t be home for about eight hours.” Karen said waving for Joh to follow. John followed her lead inside a little stunned at her outburst but understanding.
