Jessica is a magical prankster sent by an old bully of Vicky's.

Jessica continues to speak, starting by commanding Vicky to "make yourself comfortable, and no interrupting me." Despite what Vicky would normally consider comfortable, her body moved from her kneeling to a bowing position, with her ass straight up in the air and her forehead pushed into the ground, arms behind her head. Despite wanting to protest or ask for mercy, Vicky could not make a peep. It appeared that Jessica could control Vicky's actions even without explicit commands, the panties merely had to think something and Vicky would have to comply.

In this position, Vicky heard Jessica's words slightly muffled between her legs. "Now, our story begins 20 years ago, which would place you as a junior in high school. Do you remember back then? They showed Maria so much, and then she went and sought out even more lessons on her own. At first, she didn't know why she was pursuing her studies of wiccan magic with such obsessive gusto, but it became clear that she was on a mission. A mission to pay back past debts. Because when she really thought about it, all the crap in her life really started when she got expelled from high school. When that nerdy little brat got her expelled. And so Maria decided to make you regret ever crossing her."

Vicky's mind was racing. She thought back to those days that she tried so hard to forget. The wedgies, the pantsings, the stolen clothes after gym, swimsuits stolen at the public pool. Maria was constantly the bane of her existence. How could she even consider Vicky the bad guy for going to the principal. Its not her fault that Maria got punished. She must be crazy!
