Jess

Jess pulls her face out of Tianna's cleavage and then reaches over and takes the ring with the slightly-prominent amethyst out of the box. You all agreed you would wear the rings and be a team forever, so this is it. Everybody takes their ring: sapphire to match Tianna's eyes, ruby to match Maureen's lips, diamond for Olivia who simply loves diamonds, and the emerald which you said was the most mysterious stone. You all look at Jess.

"Put 'em on, girls."

Each girl slips her ring on her right index finger, then splays her hand to see the effect. Yours is gorgeous, and so are the others'. Jess nods and you form your right hands into a circle, each girl's thumb touching the pinky of the girl next to her.

Finally Jess gives a little Mona Lisa smile and says, "Today we join our hands and our lives; friends forever, lovers as needed, no secrets, may the circle be unbroken."

Everyone responds, "May the circle be unbroken."
