Jasmine is bred of a Northman father from the island kingdom of Reykajiva, and an Amazon mother from the small island of Tigraina. She spent her early years growing up in a middle-class district, while both of her parents served in the Freeport Militia, after running away from their respective tribes, who had shunned their love for each other. Because of her particular mixed heritage, noone in Freeport wanted to adpot her after her parents died in battle, at the hands of Dunmerian pirates, and she was only 6 at the time. The only ones that could take her in, was the arena master.

Since then, Jasmine spent the rest of her childhood, then her teenage years, down in the underground forges and cages beneath the arena. At first, she assisted the blacksmiths and leatherworkers with menial tasks that children can do. At the age of 8, she picked up and worked with her first sword. Her teenage years were filled with fighting in the arena. In her early teens, she started with fighting Gnome & Hobbit convicts. As she grew to her full height, and filled out, she fought other gladiators, of various races. Her grace with various weapons, combined with her warrior beauty, and resiliency in gladiatorial combat earned her the adoration of her fans. That earned her a small cottage in the district, where she worked on her own weapons and armor. Just recently, she won her freedom from the arena, slaying the man that held her family inheritance when her parents died. Thanks to her acquaintance with members of the Briarwolf Guild, she was able to make the smooth transition from the arena, to life in the guild, even though is reasonably green, when it comes to adventuring.
