Anything else?

Jamie's journal

{if game mode > 0}Jamie, being a top-notch MI6 agent, always keeps a careful profile on everyone she meets while on her missions abroad. She is a staunch believer in the Sun Tzu quote "know your enemy and know your self, and you can fight one hundred battles without disaster". Why should YOU the reader care about a fictional object that a fictional character uses to write about other fictional characters in an erotica? Especially considering that the journal isn't necessarily part of the story at all?

The reason is that I want the journal to be a powerfull story-telling tool. While the story is written in 3rd person, I think that you'll be able to experience the story much more deeply by getting the occasional glimpse into the psychological traits of the characters, as analyzed by agent 003.

In non-fancy-talk: the journal is where we can find out more about the characters in our story. As Jamie meets new characters, she'll add a page for them in her journal, and whenever she learns anything new about them she'll write it down. Whenever there is a "pause" in the action (meaning that it is reasonable for Jamie to sit down and read), you will be able to read the journal and experience the plot more richly.{else}
