Jacklyn Fisher

Jacklyn Fisher was a mob boss in the crime ridden hellhole known as Paiport. She basically ran the story, every public official a puppet she installed. She ran this city. But there was a problem lately. That annoying little superhero. Ever since she showed up a major wrench had been thrown in Jack's empire. The common folk were begging to have hope with all of the operations that hero Volt had shut down.

She had to be reined in. Killing her would make her a martyr but if she were to break, to serve Jack's will well, that would break that pesky hope.
