It refuses to come free

Emma takes a couple of moments, trying to pull the skirt free, but there's no sign of any movement.

Sweat dripping from her forehead at the exertion she looks around, trying to work out some way of extracting her skirt, or at least find something to cover up with. There may be something in the rest rooms or perhaps the lost and found that'll help her a little, but the idea of running through the library without her skirt doesn't appeal to her.
