It is time to live in college town

Well, college girls aren't anything a young man such as yourself would ever want to miss, so you decide it to head over to the apartments over by the University of Houston. The apartment guide itself has a pretty easy to read map, so you head out, hop in your car, and drive off. Back on the interstate, your exit is luckily only a few miles down the road, so you pull off, drive past a few lights, and arrive at your destination.

The apartments themselves look pretty nice. A couple of buildings about 4 stories tall, and about 10 rooms on each story. You take a quick look around and see a sign pointing towards the office. You walk in and enquire about the possibility of signing a lease for a 1 bedroom studio.

"Well, yeah" the lady begins to say "We do have a couple studios left, how soon are you thinking of moving in?"

"Well, I'd like to be able to move in within about a week, if paperwork will allow it" you reply.

She nods, "yeah, we can do that, do you have a phone I can reach you at? I can have the paperwork ready to sign tomorrow, and if you pay the first months rent and a $250 deposit, you can have the keys the day after."

You agree to come back tomorrow, with payment, to fill out paperwork. You give her your cell phone number and leave. You get back in your car and head back to the hotel where you are staying. On your way in you tell the man at the front desk that you will only be staying the next couple of days. He tells you that luckily, business picks up and he will more than likely be able to rent your room to someone else, and is able to refund the money for the days you paid for but won't be staying.

Up at your room, you flip on the TV, and spend the rest of the evening doing nothing much. You sleep well, and the next morning you wake up and shower, getting ready for the day. It isn't long before your phone rings, with the lady from the apartments saying the paperwork is ready to sign, so you go out to your car and head that way.

You stop on the way there at a 711 to get a money order for the apartment, then you get back on the road. You get to the apartment, sign the papers, give her the money order, and she assures you the keys will be ready tomorrow for you to pick-up.

You step outside the apartment office and take a quick look around. The campus itself is within walking distance, so you decide to walk over to it. Maybe you can even scope out some chicks while you're over there.

You enter the campus, and as you are walking down one of the sidewalks, you notice something.
