It gets hotter

Annabeth had never been so frustrated in her life! She just wanted to have a peaceful rest, but the annoying heat won't let her. She stood up from her bed and decided that she needed to take a walk and cool down. Grabbing her Yankees cap from a shelve nearby, she puts it on, turning herself invisible and pressed a secret button on the wall of her room, opening a secret door no one but her knew about. She always uses this door to sneak in and out of her cabin to visit Percy during the night.

Stepping out of her cabin she sighed in content as she felt the cooling breeze of the night caressing her skin. She scanned her surroundings and took in the sight of a silent and peaceful camp, in contrast to the usual hectic atmosphere during the day. Another cool breeze blew through and she shivered, in a good way.
