It begins

Kendra giggled like a school girl as she pulled me into the home office and sat at the computer. "So, I've got a list of sites that are supposed to work. Now, each one is supposed to have a different effect like this first one labeled maid. From what I understand, it's supposed to program whoever sees it into becoming a maid. So for our first time, I'm going to let you choose which one we try. I don't want the obvious ones so take your pick." she giggled again softly. She giggled lightly when I choose one marked with a bunch of numbers ending with a QoS. "Ok baby, now don't look at it, just watch me so we can be sure it doesn't do anything we don't want like; like commanding I kill myself!" She giggled again but turned to be sure I wasn't looking before clicking the link.

I watched her carefully and it was obvious the spiral was doing something but for the life of me I couldn't see or hear anything to be concerned with. I sat watching her for over 2 hours before I grew too bored with it. "Kendra, honey can you hear me?" I asked hoping she would respond and had just been waiting for some command. After a couple of minutes of silence, I realized that she couldn't but had to wonder what she was going through if she couldn't hear me. I was hesitant to just terminate the program running since it did seem to be working on her but after another hour and 45 minutes I did so. "Babe, can you hear me now?" I asked with my voice tinged in worry. After several minutes she finally blinked several times rapidly before turning to me.

"So, it didn't work." she sighed dejectedly for a moment until she caught sight of the time. "OH IT DID WORK! I WONDER WHAT IT DID TO ME!" she cried excitedly as she turned to throw herself into my arms.

"I don't know babe. I know you couldn't hear me at all and you didn't blink. You just sat there staring at the screen for over 4 hours. I'm kind of worried about this idea babe." I couldn't help voicing my worry and concern for her.

"Well baby, we'll just watch how I act for the next couple of days. If it really did something then we should know pretty soon what it did! I'll go get dinner started!" She smiled happily as she stood and started for the kitchen. She stopped for a moment and came back to give me a kiss and a smile. "Thank you for indulging me baby and for being willing to sit with me while I tried this!" she giggled softly before giving me another kiss. She hurried to the kitchen to start dinner while sat thinking and worrying about what had just happened.
