It's mostly just work.

It didn't take Toby long to reach the restaurant as he lives nearby and is a fast runner, but he was a little out of breath by the time he came into the kitchen and greeted Mary. ''H-hey Mary, what's the fuss?'' Mary doesn't even look up from the stove to answer him, she just keeps working. ''It's real busy today Toby and we're running low on people with the boss taking us into her office in turns, no idea what that's about-hasn't been my turn yet- just get those magic hands up to speed yeah!'' As Toby reads the docket, sees that most of the prep work has been done already, and starts to work, he resists the urge to reply to Mary with a dirty joke about his apparently magical hands.Today a lot of customers seem to want grilled fish, a stroke of luck for Toby. While he doesn't really like eating fish he loves it when people order it as the fish dishes are the quickest to make of the restaurant's menu. This lets him make up for the time he lost by coming running in after being called instead of working the whole day.

After a little over an hour things seem to calm down a little so Toby asks some of the other employees what the boss wants. None of them seem to want to tell much, some of them seem embarrassed about what happened. That mostly happened with the male servers, understandably as the boss is very attractive. She's originally from Morocco and wears a hijab even though she's not religious or traditional at all, she mostly wears it to men away from her. The combination of her hijab, her tall stature, incredible curves, high intelligence, shrewd business sense and stern way of speaking are very successful in that. Under that stern attitude she's a very kind and friendly person but she only shows that to people she truly trusts and it takes a lot of time for her to trust someone. When it's almost time for Toby to take a break and eat some lunch one of the waiters tells him it's his turn to go see the boss. *Knock,knock* ''Come in Toby, we're ready for you.'' Hmm, odd, the one to answer and open the door for Toby is the boss's daughter, Toby has met her a few times but she rarely comes to the restaurant.
