Investigate the woman who said "slaves"

You follow the sound of her voice, and you find that yeah, she DID say "****". Her travelling cart has no wares on it, just a list of prices and descriptions of her "Wares"--a number of people, all women of numerous shapes, sizes and ethnicities, gagged and bound, and tied to the cart. You even see what looks like some kind of bizarre mutant woman, with green skin and an INSANELY large ass.

You approach the cart, and the woman standing behind the cart sees your confusion and horror. "Does the sight of this confuse you, stranger?" the muscular woman says. "Laws no longer exist, this isn't illegal!"
