Investigate the Waitress

Nervous but slightly curious, I get up and approach the Waitress, noticing she pays no notice to my approaching her. "Um, hello?" I say, not quite sure what to say "C-can you hear me?" I wave my hand in front of her face but she doesn't even flinch!

It's then I notice her watch and, curiously, hold my watch next to her's. To my curious surprise, both watches show exactly the same time, not a minute or a second out of place.

Now, I know it's unlikely that both watches just naturally decided to stop working, plus that doesn't explain why everyone are as motionless as statues and why the water looks like ice. Eventually, I come to the only conclusion I can; everything has stopped because Time has stopped and Time has stopped because I made it stop.
