Investigate the Beacon

The beacon periodically chimes in on your EVO sensors as the red marker slowly drifts towards your direction. Perhaps it was a survivor or a drifting distress beacon. You drift through the hollow remains of the corridors approaching the origin of the beacon only to find it completely disappear from your sensors. A dreadful sensation weighs heavily on your shoulders as you remain completely static in the darkness.

You can feel another presence in the chamber. There must be something here in the darkness, but you can see anything at the moment.
