Into the Water

Volleyball wouldn't work without other players, and playing in the sand felt a bit childish, especially alone. And the boardwalk wasn't what he wanted out of the beach right now, so Daniel turned to the obvious attraction; the water. Setting his towel and t-shirt aside on the sand, Dan started down towards the blue waves.

The water wasn't as cold as it could have been, and it seemed like Daniel had hit the perfect time to hop in, as the waves were only just now picking up, leaving him with plenty of time to bodysurf or swim around as he pleased. He was happy his new suit seemed to fit alright too: he had never been one for the inner-net suits, and normally he'd throw on an old pair of briefs underneath for safety, but he never wound up needing them, so this trip he was all the more comfortable for leaving them off!

Well, for all he was enjoying that sensation among the surf, he began to regret his decision when....
