Insurrection

-Just as Vita and the guard entered the inn, people who saw them gave Vita some looks as if she made a deal with a heretic. Vita walked upstairs ignoring the other people with the guard closely following her and knocked on the door Akio should be in. There was no answer. She knocked again and waited then the door opened and a very sleepy Akio showed up.-

"Wha-Vita? What took you so long?"

"Long story short, this town has a lot of corruption. We need to deal with it soon. This is the guard who helped me escape."

"Escape? From where? Wait... what? No, we have to find my friend, that was the plan."

"She can handle herself. We need to make sure this town is safe because of both the corruption and the Order."

-Akio groaned and walked back into the room, sitting on the bed. Vita and the guard walked in and closed the door. Vita turned to the guard,-

"This is my friend Akio. He is looking for someone but he must know how dire this situation is compared to his friend. We'll help you in whatever way we can.-

-Akio groaned again and laid down on the bed.- I hope Kasumi is doing well. Hang in there for me, please.

"What do we need to do?"

-The young guard took a step forward,-

"I just need you guys to try and expose my superiors and their corruption to someone who will listen. I tried with our governor but the only results were **** threats."

"How exactly are we supposed to expose them? This isn't an easy task you know and if we succeed, we will lose all tracks of my friend who is out there in the wilds by herself."

"She promised you would help."

-Akio looked at Vita with a glare.-

"Well, she should have thought about what I wanted to say before agreeing to this."

"We are doing this now, Akio. End of discussion."

-Vita turned to the young guard.-

"He has a point though, how do we expose them?"

"I-I don't know... maybe we would have to catch them in the act and get the people who suffered from them to confess to the right people about it."

-Akio shook his head and sighed.-

"This is going to go so well... Great job, Vita. Anything else you want to add before we liberate an entire town from a garrison of guards?"

-Kasumi was still running in the wilds thinking that her pursuers were still nearby. Her clothes were ripped and tattered showing a good amount of skin. She stopped at a rock and sat down on the ground trying to recollect herself. She looked up at the night sky gazing at the stars shining above her and smiled. Her thoughts then take her to when she was younger and Akio was her partner in crime and she would stay up late on some nights with him looking at the stars and sharing some laughs. Kasumi shook off the thoughts, got up, and continued walking having no idea where she was going or caring where she would end up as long as it got her closer to where Akta wanted to meet her. When she found another town, after a few hours in the night of lonely traveling, she sneaked into a barn near a house and hid inside a big pile of hay. She tried to fall asleep but the hay kept poking her tits, ass, back, and pussy.-

"Damn these sleeping arrangements. Also, I'm really starting to feel hungry, what is there to eat anyway? Guess I should ignore it for now. Don't want to cause more trouble than I need."

-Kasumi moved around in the pile of hay for a while trying to find a comfortable position. When she found it, she laid back down in the pile and slowly drifted off to sleep. An hour later, Kasumi heard noises from the nearby house and sprung from the hay looking out the window. She sees three people hurriedly leaving the house and heading deeper into the city. Kasumi looked at the house and tried to shake off the thought of her running in to see if anyone was still alive, but she couldn't help her curiosity and ran out the barn and towards the house, cursing at herself. When she barged in the house, she looked around and saw the house was ransacked before making her way up the stairs, and finding a blood trail leading from one room to the next. She checked the closest room but didn't find a body, just a ransacked room with blood on the walls and floor. She followed the trail and prepared herself for the worst and saw a woman on the floor with blood slowly flowing from her head. Kasumi ran in and picked up the woman and checked her injury before putting her ear near her mouth and nose to listen for breathing. Luckily she was indeed breathing but it sounded ****.-

"Hang in there, ma'am. If you can hear my voice, please hang in there."

-Kasumi gently placed the body down and ran to the bathroom for something to wrap the head and stop the bleeding. She returned with a couple of clean cloths and a damp cloth and clean water in a small container. She started treating the woman's wounds as best as she could until she heard multiple footsteps but didn't move from her spot. After cleaning the blood, she placed her hand on the woman and concentrated on healing her wound. The people finally arrived up the stairs to see Kasumi doing her best to heal the woman. A man grabbed Kasumi's arm and pulled her away from the woman.-

"Hey! What are you doing?!"

"She needs to be healed!"

The man gripped Kasumi's throat, cutting off her air, "That is my wife! What the hell were you doing here, bitch?!"

Another man gripped the husband's shoulder, "Let her go. If she did anything to your wife, why would she take the time to heal her?"

"Here's a better question: how did she get here so fast before us?"

"She obviously just arrived from the gates! Your house is the only one closest to it."

The husband released his grip from her throat and Kasumi finally gasped for air before finally being able to breathe normally. Kasumi walked over to the wife and tried again to heal her. The husband's anger slowly subsided and his eyes scanned Kasumi and saw her tattered clothes which were revealing a little skin and looked up at her, "You look like you got into a few close calls there."

Kasumi looked at her clothes and sighed, "Yeah, I really needed to be more careful... At least I got what I needed done. Speaking of which, I hope she is still conscious."

"Yeah, I would hope so too but if that blood trail is from her, I might have some doubts... That was a lot of blood."

-A few minutes later, some guards showed up and Kasumi healed the man's wife as she slowly regained consciousness. Despite the people in the house telling the guards that she saved the woman after hearing the screams, they arrested Kasumi and dragged her to the jailhouse where she stayed in a cell with a stout middle-aged man. She kept her distance and was disgusted by the man when he made very odd gestures and movements looking at her tattered clothing, but she kept feeling that same sense of hunger especially when she was near the woman and her husband.-

"Keep your distance from me and your night might be uneventful, but if you come closer, well I don't think I have to spell it out for you, right?"

The man just chuckled, "Girlie, you and I are going to have so much fun. I can tell."
