Insist that you go home

Putting on a sympathetic smile, you reply, "Thanks, that's really kind of you, but I'd feel best if I go home. I had a good time though... I wouldn't mind seeing you again, if you want."

"Sure, sounds good, let me just get you some dry clothes to borrow."

Waylon leaves and returns a moment later with some sweatpants and a t-shirt.

"Sorry, I need to do laundry, I don't have a lot clean right now."

Thanking him for the clothes, you take them to the bathroom and change.

You find him waiting at the front door when you leave the bathroom.

"I had a great time tonight, I hope we can see each other again," he says, giving you a tight hug.

"Me too, goodnight," you reply.
