Lucca: Am I to assume you didn't ask out of curiosity or for a quick spoiler then?

Gaspar: Not quite. This is another artifact, similar to the Chrono Trigger, but different as well.

Lucca: Like Chrono Trigger 2.0.

Gaspar: In a way, but its also it's own thing. This...is the Chrono Crash. It is the embodiment of destiny.

Marle: Pretty.

Lucca: What do we do with it?

Gaspar: Nothing. The question is, what will it do with you? If it is pleased with your decisions, it will become the final piece of the puzzle. If you do something it dislikes, at any time, it will throw you all into the void at the absolute End of Time.

Marle: Here?

Gaspar: The ABSOLUTE End. If this were the absolute End, nothing that takes time could occur here. In the Absolute End, there is nothing. If you go there, it will create an irreparable paradox and shatter time itself. Please do not displease the Chrono Crash!

Lucca: Advice worthy of a sage, but what does it like and dislike?

Gaspar: I don't know.

Lucca: You don't know?
