'I...' John began, unsure of what else he could say. 'If you think we should.'

The doctor nodded and turned to Louise. His little sister looked between the doctor and her brother a few times, her eyes even glancing at his naked manhood once or twice, before finally replying. 'I guess, that's fine.'

'Great.' Doctor Harper turned back to John. 'Now, since you brought your girlfriend with you, I assume you should have no problem figuring this out. Of course, that doesn't make it any less strange, I understand. If you two need a moment, go ahead.'

John nodded and the doctor rolled her chair back to her desk, beginning work on some paperwork. Louise finally met her brother's eyes and carefully stepped over to him, as if they were separated by a minefield. He couldn't help but notice her eyes flick between his face and the naked area below his waist.

When she stopped in front of him, almost a little too close for comfort, he waited for her to speak, but realising she wasn't going to, spoke himself. 'Are you sure you're okay with this, Louise? You can leave the room, if you need to.'

His little sister's doe eyes widened, before a smile cracked her lips. 'Leave the room? Are you serious? And miss all the action?' She laughed again at John's disbelieving expression. 'You're about to make yourself hard, right here, in front of the doctor, and in front of me. You have any idea how long I can use this to embarrass you? To win any argument? You brought me here, big brother, and I intend to see this whole thing through.'

John swallowed, knowing she was far from bluffing. Louise really would put embarrassing her brother over avoiding an awkward situation any day.

'Doctor,' Louise said, turning to the desk, her voice sincere. 'We're ready now.'

'Okay.' Doctor Harper rolled back over, stopping beside the pair of siblings. 'So, John, how would you like to proceed?'

It took a moment for him to realise what the doctor was asking, his mind preoccupied with Louise's intentions, before making a decision.
