I head to the department store.

I decide to hurry out to the shops to ensure I get there as soon as possible. That way I'll be finished quicker or have longer to choose something.

I spend a few minutes thinking about what to buy as I park the car. There's easily enough to buy some new designer jeans and some shirts. A belt too perhaps?

As I lock the car it starts to rain so I hurry inside. The whole place is pretty quiet. I think the weather has kept most people at home.

In the main entrance there's a middle aged lady trying to promote a store credit account. She's well dressed but clearly had a long day. She approaches me and isn't the slightest bit suprised I'm not going to take up her offer.

I ask her about her colleague, Jessica. Apparently she works upstairs on the second floor, directly opposite the café.
