I have a suspicion

I think I know and my eyes narrow in suspicion. "Bethany, what room are you supposed to have?"

"Room 243."

My eyes glance to the wall and I know the room I heard sex from was Room 243. "I think it's next door, but there's a problem. I heard someone having sex over there."

Bethany's face reddened. "My husband cheating on me?"

I grimaced. "With my wife. That would explain how the room keys got mixed up."

She turned around and stormed towards the room. "I'll kill him!" she hissed.
