"I hope you don't mind I've given your number to my friend who needs her poo servicing, I hope thats okay?" She asks.

"Yeah thats great thanks." You say.

"Thats no problem, well I'd better be off now as I told her to call you about now so bye." Ava says.

"Bye, and thanks again." You say putting the phone down, you quickly add the number that Ava called you into your phonebook so you know if its her again.

A few minutes later while you continue to fix the TV the phone rings with another unrecognized number. You answer it, "Hello."

"Hello." A female voice says. "Is this a Mr." There is a pause. ". . . .John Doe?" She asks.

"Yeah speaking." You reply.

"Hi my name is Audrey and I received your number from a friend of mine, I hear you come and service pools?" She asks.

"Yep thats correct." You say.

"Ahh excellent. How much would it cost?" She then asks.

"Well I charge 100 for the service and any fixes that need to be done will be at additional costa." You explain.

"Okay will you be able to come tomorrow?" She asks.

"Well I have an appointment at 12 but I can swing round about 2. Is that Okay?" You ask her.

"Yeah that perfect." She tells you, you then take her address and ask her a few questions about the pool.

You finish fixing the TV and look at your watch it says nine o'clock.
