I'll do research a spell for the day

As you fly back, you try to think about new ways to manipulate mana. In fact, you completely forgot that you have make a new spell of at least tier 3 as your summer work. AUGGHGH god that sucks Macabrae ass. Might as well get started on it now you can try to think about what you want from here but you won't be able to do some real research but until you get to your lab so you can't safely test the spell. Well you're almost there so the first spell you should make is some destructive spell. You have always found that spell making comes easily to you the problem is that you have to "make" a spell of tier 3 quality. That means it has to at least change something noticeably about another creature, and you can't find it in some textbook from the library. A light bulb shines in your head as you slap your forehead in pure stupidity, why would you waste the effort to make a spell when you have a one of a kind magic book at your disposal. When you first woke up you completely ignored it after you looked at the first page that talks about a spell to make you more virile which you instantly used. Luckily your "base" had a mana pool large enough that all you had to do was use your body as a conduit. That's the only reason you are a stud now, that wimpy dragon who couldn't even cast a negative tier spell can now cast tier 7 magic. Anyways you can skip the effort of making such a bad spell by using the book. The question is which spell are you gonna use now. You go through the book and you find a near infinite array of tier 3 spells. You pick a random spell since any one of them would probably fit the criteria no matter what the situation is.
