Her angry response sends his pen flying across the paper and he continues his level gaze at the crying young woman. She's so ****, so open, so raw... damn it Cameron, be a professional! You can't take advantage!

"Or can I?"

Dr Dandy blinks quickly, seeing Susan's head pop up to reply. He realizes he's spoken out loud and must cover himself.

"What I meant to say is. Or can I help? You see, there are a few treatment options available. First and foremost I'd like to begin with hypnotherapy. Please relax, it's not like the sideshows where you cluck or moo. We simply journey into your **** mind to determine the cause and the appropriate way to respond to these thoughts. Does that sound fair?"
