Hunker down, decide to check on your neighbors

As you're curiously checking out your butt, you hear running in the street outside your window, as well as someone running quickly in the floors above you. You're in the third floor out of four, and you glance out the window to have a look. The streets are eerily empty for a Saturday night. You see a person jogging quickly away from the center of town, most likely the source of the running

Was that the shadow of a big bird flying under a street light in the same direction? Must have been some newspaper page flying by... there's a slight breeze outside by the looks of things. You feel a bit unnerved by what is going on so you close the curtains and move back to check the local newspaper website again.

No updates as far as you can see. You shake your head and decide you might have to step outside and talk with one of your neighbors. Figure out if you should barricade the entryway to the apartment complex, figure out what turned you into an effeminate dick worshiper. Question is, which one should you go to?
