The five walked in the front door, and Annabelle, Emma, and Kim immediately started ooh-ing and ahh-ing, not taking much time before they ascended the giant marble staircase to the second floor, wanting to look for their bedrooms.

"Come back down in a few minutes, please!" Jennifer called after them.

Kevin looked up at the giant crystal chandelier that illuminated the mansion's foyer. "How much do you think this place costs to heat?" he asked.

Jennifer had her own concerns, peering through a doorway into what appeared to be a large formal dining room. "This isn't our stuff."

"The furniture? Well, honey, we'd always wanted to replace --"

"No, I mean personal stuff. That looks like different china in the cabinets in there. What about the stuff your mother gave us for our wedding?"

Kevin sighed. "I don't know. I feel like we can't worry about it now. I think a lot of things are going to be different now, with, well, a teen pop star having godlike powers."

"Oh, speaking of which, I should turn the news back on," Jennifer suggested. "Uh, all we have to do is find a TV."
