Holly Willoughby - Part 3

The audience cheers and the program theme sounds again as Holly Willoughby enters the stage wearing only a paper gown. Barefoot, she walks towards the two doctors, smiling timidly. Amy finds it very arousing to see her long time friend looking shy for the first time since she knows her. Susan silently enjoys the fruits of her own ingenuity: it was her idea not to give the guests a pair of flip-flops with their gown. She has always had a special attraction for female feet, and Holly's are so cute!

-Welcome, Holly, and thanks for being with us tonight. How does it feel to be our first guest?

-Well, I'm a bit nervous, cause this is definitely going to be a first for me... but also very proud of being able to help. The cause of saving lives by ending the prim prejudices about medical nudity is definitely worth the effort. I'm not gonna lie: it is indeed a little embarrassing to be here, but that is precisely why this show is so necessary. I, like any other woman, have my own modesty issues, and I'm here to demonstrate to myself that I'm stronger than my insecurities -Holly says, offering the camera a charming smile.

After a few more moments of introduction, Susan points a cubic platform, of about 50 cm in all its dimensions, and asks Holly to climb on it. Once she's up, Amy addresses her:

-Whenever you're ready, you can take your gown off.

Holly Willoughby takes a deep breath and, with a quick movement, takes off her paper gown. There's a moment of silence. The fifty members of the audience (27 boys and 23 girls, all between 18 and 24 years of age), secretly share the same feeling: they are here because they want to be doctors, and want to be mature enough to see no eroticism in this scene; but they all fail in their attempt, which makes them all feel a bit guilty.

The cameramen (yes, they're all men. Susan's idea) take good care of not missing an inch of her exposed skin. One of the two carry-on cameramen kneels right in front of the platform, takes a close-up of her feet, and slowly makes his way up her body. He doesn't miss anything: her generous thighs, her trimmed vulva, covered by a thin stripe of black hair, her nicely shaped 34D breasts, and finally her beautiful face, made even more delightful by the timid look on her blue eyes.

-Well, as you can see, I'm not a natural blonde -Holly says, trying to fight her embarrassment with humor -. I hope I don't disappoint anybody, hahaha.

-Thank you Susan! But let's be honest. My breasts are starting to feel much saggier that they used to.

-Here's an example of something that happens to many of us. We know our body so well that we notice even the smallest changes. And yes, of course, we all get a bit older every year, and our bodies will inevitably show some signs of it. But we are normally much harder with our own bodies than anybody else. Holly, you might have the sensation that your breasts are getting saggier, and to a certain extent, they are, like mine and everybody else's. However, I can assure you that nobody would have that impression when seeing them -. Amy comments, while using her right hand to palpate Holly's left breast-. It feels healthy and firm, specially for a woman that has had three babies. Believe me Holly, you have nothing to worry about -she says, before moving her hand to the right breast.

-Now, if the students from the first row want to come on stage, please... -Susan indicates. The six boys and four girls raise and walk towards the stage's stairs-. You will perform a breast exam on our patient. I want you to look for any abnormalities, such as swellings or bulges, skin pigmentation issues or stretch marks. Don't say anything while you perform the exam and we will discuss it after you're all done.

One by one, the ten young boys and girls palpate Holly's breasts. They all act very professionally, but every single one of them experiences a certain degree of arousal when cupping both of Holly Willoughby's lovely breasts with their open hands. The six boys all experience erections; four of them have long shirts that conceal their boners, while the other two casually place their hands in front of their crotch, a bit concerned about being caught on camera. After the ten students are sent back to their sits, Susan indicates Holly to step off the cubic platform and head towards the gurney that's placed a couple of meters away. Amy talks to the camera:
