The sheer **** of being catapulted back into your body knocks you for a loop. Shaking your head, you see that the room is bustling with activity, with doctors and nurses scrambling over to the bed and the machinery is beeping and whirring loudly. Outside, you can see an aged version of you, wringing her hands in despair while another nurse is blocking someone else's way into to the room, telling her to let the doctors do their job.

Your confusion lasts for a moment before your tail smacks you in the head. You chuckle softly to yourself, amused by your own silliness. It's been a while since you've been in a fantasy so intense that you forgot who you were for a minute. "We're losing him!" One of the doctors cries out from behind you, and a nurse runs through you, wheeling in a cart of medical supplies. Your smile turns into genuine sadness as you see them desperately try to restart Paul's heart. You took nothing from him, because there was nothing left to take. But seeing the smile on his face and the stain on his gown, gives you a small bit of comfort knowing that his last experience was a pleasurable one.

Leaving the real Daisy and Alice to their grief, you walk back to your host, suddenly feeling very, very tired.
