His college apartment

Daniel walks outside to his college apartment living area. It's a two bedroom apartment. Daniel hated to admit it but he had already been attracted to his roommate. While they were living together, the two of them had keep the relationship entirely cordial and friendly but a part of Daniel always kinda hoped one night of excess drinking or something else would happen.

Daniel went to kitchen and while making breakfast, just browsed through his phone. Something still felt off to him and he wasn't sure what it was. He couldn't put his finger on it.

As he stood there waiting on the coffee to warm up, he heard the other bedroom door open and his roommate come in.
