High Dive

I decide to though any hesitation to the wind and walked to the higher diving platform. It was higher up than the normal diving board, and I had never been willing to jump from one before. I confidently walked up to it now, feeling the cool breeze pull at me more as I climbed the ladder up to the high diving board.

I felt the breeze nip at my skin, almost playfully, as I walked arches the board. It seemed so high up, but I did not stop to look this time. I closed my eyes, moved in much the same manner as I would have at the normal board. I jumped slightly several times, before making the leap into the water.

I put my arms up and in front of me, taking the same form as I would have at any other board. I hit the water with more **** than I'm used to, and dived close to the bottom of the pool, but found myself excited at the sensation. I quickly claimed upward toward the surface, as I swam toward the other end of the pool. I reached the surface near the far end, and swam the rest of the way, swimming face down. Once I near the surface, I hear clapping and wonder who could it be, as I scan the areas nearby.
