Her towel is worth her shoes and socks.

"Alright, we've decided you have a point. The towel is worth something, so here." Antoinette said, tossing a small bundle Yuki's way. Yuki eagerly caught the package, her stomach dropping out when she realized it was nothing more than her shoes and socks.

"But, but I can't even cover up with this! Please, you've gotta give me something else!" Yuki pleaded, knowing full well that her cries fell on deaf ears.

"Hey, be glad I got them to throw in the shoes. They wanted to leave you with just the socks. Now, we gotta get going. Stay safe out there, Yuki!" Trisha teased as the trio walked out the door, their laughter carrying with them down the hall.

"This can't be real. This has to be some kind of nightmare..." Yuki said to herself, giving her arm a light pinch in vain hope of waking up. "Okay, I just have to think. There has to be a way out of this mess."

Yuki sat in silence for awhile, weighing her options. She couldn't just stay in the school forever; it would be locked up for the night at some point, and she had no intention of being stuck in the building completely naked for the morning rush of students. No, she had to get home.

The only issue was how to get there. Yuki didn't live within a short walking distance of the school, but a few miles away. Yuki figured she had two options. The first path could be reached just outside the locker room exit. The second path would require a run to the other end of the school.

The first would be the most direct route home, but would take her through suburban neighborhoods and a strip mall or two. Being a Friday, the odds of people being around were uncomfortably high.

The other option was a bit more out of the way; she could try to make it to the city park, where she'd at least have the cover of the trees to work with. While the park wasn't likely to be as busy as the other path, it wasn't exactly abandoned. On the other hand, with her shoes she'd be able to handle the terrain of the park more effectively than if she were barefoot.

Sighing, Yuki stood and steeled her resolve. She had made her decision, now she just had to make it out of the school.
