Her boyfriend turns up.

Another few uneventful days go by till the day Baylie had agreed she'd pay you back rocks around. You're completely torn by whether you want another go at her amazing body or whether you just want your money and call it quits. Suddenly you're knocked out of your day dream by a literal knock at the door.
"Come in!" you call out, sitting up in your chair to look a bit smarter.
"Hi, I'm Duncan", a 20 something man enters the room and stands before your desk.
"Hello, what can I do for you today, Duncan." having never seen the man before in your life, or recognising the name. You go into business auto cruise mode. Before he suddenly snaps you out of it.
"I'm here to pay back Baylie's loan", after a brief second of you not putting the dots together you almost cough but manage to hold it in.
"That should be okay..." you stall for time as you pedal to try and read the situation. After a moments pause you decide he doesn't seem to be here to do anything rash, after all she did say he was the reason she couldn't pay you back before, maybe he's just settling it...
"However, you're not on any of my files, for her loan. So I can't actually let you make a payment, without her consent..." you're not actually sure if this is true, you must admit you've never had someone come alone offering to pay for someone else.
"Oh, she told me to come..." He replies seemingly suddenly very confused.
"I'm sure she did but I'll need either her written confirmation or her to come in and confirm. I can email you a file to sign, but-" You pause as you glance at your watch and see that the deadline you had agreed before was set to expire when you left the office today, "you'd have to do that very quickly..."
He sighs loudly in seeming annoyance before pulling his phone out of his pocket and explaining "I'll give her a quick ring," he says before stepping out the office and beginning to talk on the phone outside. You can tell they're talking but not much else as you wait patiently.
