Help was needed.

Any moment, either they were going to find out she was secretly naked, or the device itself was going to stop working, exposing her to everybody on the street. There was no alley nearby either. The thrill was too much.

Suddenly, a large white claw squeezed around the boy's shoulder, causing him to freeze up and cease moving closer to Jinny. He turned slowly, and saw the face of a hulking charr--the one she sparred earlier.

"You can leave now," he growled. The two boys listened, and ran off without saying anything else.

He looked to her. The dress she was wearing flickered off and on once again. Then he extended his hand, which held her top, pants, shoes, and sword.

"What? How?" she gasped. "I really need those right now. I'll do anything."

"Take them. They're your belongings. I am no thief. Now hurry up before you embarrass yourself more."

"Thank you... Who are you? I'm Jinny."

"Tadarok," he said before turning and leaving.

She didn't need anything more. As fast as she could, she ran down the street until she could find an alley. On occasion, her dress disappeared for only a fraction of a second. All the while, the asura hustled behind her but struggled to keep up with his tiny legs.

Jinny turned down an alley and tugged on her wet clothes beneath the illusory dress. It was just in time as well. It finally disappeared for good. She reached back, and pulled up the magical clip to offer back to the asura. It was cracked, and not even flickering anymore. The device was dead.

"I'm sorry for ruining this after you went out of your way to help me."

He shook his head. "You helped me plenty. I have a lot of data. It'll be easy to fix." He took it and stowed it away. "Though these clothes aren't that much more covering waterlogged like that."

"I know. But it's better than before. Thanks for everything, Vibit. I'll see you around!"
