She pauses and continues, "You know you're lucky... let's just say my ex didn't get this chance to make amends."

"Fuck..." you think, wondering what she did to him?

"However..." Kimberley adds, "The very moment you piss me off, the deal is over and your one chance of staying far-far away from your future life as a prison bitch is gone!"

You don't want to take any chances... at this point, you're willing to do anything to get her to forgive you.

"So, do we have a deal?"

You nod and remain quietly, not knowing if she would want you to actually speak.

"Good... I can tell you're scared. That's the correct response in this situation." she says, turning her eyes back to the road.

"Now, where should we go... we can either do the rounds or I could take the night off and we can go back to my place... and get comfortable. What do you think would make me happier?"
