Head over immediately

Getting into your car, you drive over to the private investigator's address, wasting no time at all.

Locating the address listed in the yellow pages, you find a door labeled "Mariana Brown, Private Investigator", and knock on it immediately.

The door opens to reveal an attractive woman with shoulder-length brown hair and a wide smile. "Ah, you must be the worried husband I just spoke to over the phone."

She ushers you into her office, gives you a chair, then sits at her desk across from you. "First, I'm going to ask you some questions for my investigation, okay?"

You nod, and Mariana begins shooting rapid-fire questions, the first of which seem to be fairly standard. She asks for addresses, phone numbers, physical descriptions, and gets you to show her a photograph of Jennifer.

"Oooh, Jennifer's a pretty one, isn't she. I can see why you'd be worried about her straying."

Before you can react to that rather blunt comment, Mariana presses on with questions about your sex life, which you answer mostly noncommittally, though you do let it slip that much of the excitement has gone out of it.

Finally, the private investigator sits back, looking satisfied. "This certainly does seem like your worries might have some basis. I'll look into it right away."

She leads you to the door, ushering you out, "don't worry, whatever problem is getting between you and Jennifer, I'll get to the base of it and wring it dry."

Still seeming unusually happy about the case, Mariana closes the door to her office, leaving you alone once more, with probably several days before she gets back to you.
