Head back inside the hotel

"Welcome back, Mr.Doe." Says the cute blonde by the front desk, when you walk back into the lobby, and you're only barely able to notice her disappointment when realizing you're not another, new customer. Not that she seem to mind you coming back of course, but you guess it's getting pretty boring around here with so few visitors.

"Thanks Melissa." You return the friendly smile she gives you, and then look around to see if something has changed since you left the room. There's no such signs however, and even the girl herself looks like she's been rooted to the spot for some reason.

As always there's few ways out of this room, and you're left to consider whether to head back upstairs, check the diner, or try and talk some more to the girl by the counter.
