He wants to make Mommy Dearest his Queen

"W-what deal did you have in mind?" Mommy Dearest asks nervously, trying to keep her cool as she stared at the most power supervillian in the city. The fact that he was talking to her instead of killing her spoke volumes.

His eyes glowed for a moment. "I want you to be my right hand..."

Mommy Dearest's eyes widened.

"M-me?!" Mommy Dearest asked, shock on her face as Kate gasped in horror. These two were dangerous on their own, but it would be a nightmare for the city if they teamed up! "You want me to be your henchwoman?!"

"Not exactly." Dr. Immortal stated with a smirk, "I've decided that, if I'm going to rule this city, I'm going to need a Queen by my side. And since 60% of the supervillians here are male, and I refuse to court that annoying Skunk-Woman, that makes you the lucky woman."

"I... I don't know what to say..."

"You don't need to say anything." He grabs her hand, bringing it to his lips. "You just need to show you agree."

The supervillain brought her hand to his lips, planting a kiss on top of it. Then, he let go of her hand.

Kate could only gulp nervously, the little naked superheroine wondering how Mommy Dearest was going to respond.
