He uses the word "topless."

Ryleigh couldn't understand how the man could be unaware of her predicament. Then she saw the smile on his face, which was no longer a slight smirk but an out and out leer, and she decided he was aware of her situation, that he had to be.

"Why are you doing this?"

"Doing what?"

"This," Ryleigh said, indicating her abandoned shoes and stockings and her ruined blouse with a wave of her hand.

"I don't see anything unusual."

"I know you're doing it," Ryleigh said. "Please stop."

"Did you say stop?" the man said. "Or did you say topless?"

Ryleigh sobbed as she took off her bra, still unable to fight the compulsion to do so that the man's words created. She gasped as she felt her breasts bounce when they were freed from the fabric constraints of her bra.

Ryleigh tried to hide her breasts with her hands, but the man just shook his head and said, "No." Ryleigh sobbed harder as her hands, apparently of their own volition, dropped to her sides. She experimented with moving them, and quickly realized that she could move them normally, except that she couldn't move them to hide or cover her breasts.

By now, the line behind the man was stretching almost to the library's main door. Ryleigh gasped as customer after customer feasted his eyes on her full round breasts. Her nipples were hard.
