He doesn't get the chance

Jimmy's about to radio in what he sees when the figure suddenly looks up. Jimmy is instantly paralyzed. It feels like someone is pounding a nail straight into his brain and he gasps for air, slowly floating down into the ally against his will.

"You still there Jimmy?" He hears from his ear piece but can't seem to form the words to answer.

"Well well well. What have we here?" A black man in an expensive looking suit says as Jimmy floats down directly in front of him.
