He doesn't even make it to the doctor

John was only a few blocks away from the doctor's office when a huge burst of discomfort emanated from his crotch and spread through his thighs and belly. The sudden pain caused him to forget where he was and what he was doing, and the steering wheel beneath his grip flew to the side with his reflex reaction.

Once the pain had somewhat subsided, it was too late. The car was swerving all over the road, the sound of tires screeching piercing the early morning air. He struggle to regain control of the wheel, but the rear of the car swung from side to side as he tried to straighten its path. Before he could manage to correct its direction, a tree that appeared to have appeared from thin air was directly in front and coming closer fast.

With **** resignation, John closed his eyes and waited for the impact that came a moment later. As if in slow motion, a huge noise filled his head and his whole body bounced limply between the car seat and his seat belt, as the front of the car wrapped itself around the tree trunk.
