Izzy licked her lips, trying to moisturize her very dry mouth. John was watching her with a calm smile. Did he know how much his presence effected her?

"That is a very generous offer John."

John shrugged, "Honestly, It's a little more then my people make, and you seem to really need it. So if you can handle it, then I don't mind." She sat back. She didn't know what to do. It was a very tempting offer.

"Can I think about it John? I would like to talk to my husband." John nodded his head. "Of course. Its not like I've been actively looking to fill the position, I've offered it to a couple of others. So, just give me a call if your interested."

With that done, they had a pleasant lunch.
