Hajime woke up.

"Wha... what happened?" Hajima muttered as he opened his eyes to see Dr. Sugimoto and Nurse Koyanagi in front of him, both fully dressed.

"You had fainted, Tanaka-san," the doctor replied as she typed something on her tablet.

"Oh?" he groaned, trying to stand up from the chair.

"Please remain seated, Tanaka-san," the young nurse smiled. "You are still weak."

"Okay but what happened?" he asked, laying back on the chair.

"You exerted yourself too much," Shoko grinned. "You are no longer a young man, Tanaka-san, even with your martial arts training you do have a physical limit."

"Yes, doctor," he nodded. He noticed Shoko's hair was a bit dishevelled, realizing that he had not dreamt fucking both the nurse and the doctor but the fantasy actually happened!

"Now, I have to see another patient so Nurse Koyanagi will arrange for your next appointment so we can how to prevent you from fainting again."

"Yes, doctor," Hajime bowed. He smiled as Dr. Sugimoto got up to leave, anxious for his next visit to the clinic.
