Gryphon/Griffin/Griffon

So, there are the legendary monsters of the sky, the Dragons, the Rocs, the Ziz, Angels, Phoenix, Thunderbirds, and sometimes a Nephilim. But, sadly, the Gryphon isn't one of these monsters.

A Gryphon is what happens when a Nemean Lioness or a Werecat mates with a Roc or a Harpy. They possess large eagle like wings coming from their backs, a thick mane of hair, bird of prey like eyes, talons on their fingers, a lion tail, and lion legs from the knees down. Generally, they also possess fangs as well, but sometimes they don't.

Gryphons possess mixed tactics; taking inspiration from both Harpies, Manticores, and Chimeras, and perfecting it. They are masters of hit and run tactics along with ambushes and guerrilla fighting, and aren't afraid to flaunt their strength if need be. While not the fastest, they are stronger than a Harpy. While not the stealthiest, they are faster than a Manticore. While not the strongest, they are stealthier than a Chimera. They are masters of adaptation and quick thinking, being cunning fighters.

They are lustful, but less so than most monsters. They can be found in various mountains, mesas, cliff faces, or any other high up places where they can swoop down at. They respect the great fliers, and get along nicely with other big cat like monsters.
