Go to the writing room.

This small room abuts the eastern wall of the study, and appears to have been a sort of home office for Lester. In the center of the room is a large oak office desk and a leather armchair.

You look through the desk. It has a drawer and a rack for hanging file folders. An old computer sits atop it.

Opening the drawer you find blank postit notes, paper clips, the usual. You look through the filing rack, culling through a pile of papers...

Nothing of use here it seems.
