Go to the stocks

After you ready yourself, you walk out of your house and across the square to the four women in the stocks. It's a rather simple system in the village. If any women are unwanted and an easy buyer or taker can't be found, women are placed in the stocks. Part of the sheriff's job is to mark them for each day they're in, as well as feed and water and maybe clean them. But if they get up to a week, they get taken over to the gallows. It fills you with an odd sense of unease at times, but it is what it is. Not like they have any worth if no man would take them after a week.

You give them a quick glance over. A younger woman with small breasts. An older woman, even older than you. A woman you recognize as a daughter of one of the local blacksmiths. And finally a slightly foreign looking woman who was likely brought in with wanderers or adventurers then abandoned.
