Go to the right, this so-called "spooky kitchen."

Veronica didn’t like the prospect of going into a “witch’s forest.” It definitely sounded like a trap. The “spooky kitchen” might at least be something silly she could think her way out of. She chose that, walking to the door and opening it.

She found she was in the family and consumer science room. It was large, with multiple small hallways of ovens and cabinets. Much like the gym before, it was decorated with cheap Halloween items. All of the walls were covered with paper decorations of graves, dead trees, and black cats. The ovens had plastic pumpkins with flames in them on the burners. The actual ovens were open with paper monster fangs hanging out of them. Finally, the lights were covered by paper, making it much darker than usual.

Veronica sighed in exasperation, rubbing her forehead. This was absolutely ridiculous! There was pop in front of her and the floating orb appeared.

“Weeelllllcome! To the spooooooky kitchen!” he said in a dramatic voice. Veronica put her hand on her hip, glaring at him.

“What am I going to do here?” the cheerleader asked. “Be attacked by an evil apple cobbler?”

“Perhaps fair traveler! Down each hallway is a potential choice that you…!”

“Would you just stop?”

The orb’s face fell. “What?”

“What is all this? You can literally make anything and you use a bunch of plastic and paper? You’re acting like this is some grade school haunted house bullshit. You’re playing with my life! This isn’t a joke and you’re not funny!”

The orb stared at her with an annoyed expression for several moments.

“Fine,” the face said flatly. “You want it to stop being funny, let’s stop being funny. A real werewolf will bust into this room in ten seconds. Hope you can hide from it!” The orb instantly popped out of existence. Veronica felt a chill down her spine. Wait, what? A real werewolf!?

The door behind her began rumbling. She cheerleader jumped and heard loud growling noises from behind the entrance. Holy shit! It was for real! Veronica scrambled across the room. Most of the tables, chairs, and tools for the classes had been removed. The room was almost completely empty! She dashed down one of hallways with ovens, opened one of the cabinets next to floor, and scrambled inside. The second the door closed, she heard wood crack and a loud bang. Something walked into the room, letting out a low growl.

“Where are you girl?” said a gravely voice. “Come out, come out, wherever you are! I can smell you!”

Veronica could hear the monster stomping around, sniffing at the air. The sounds were getting closer. The werewolf was following her scent, and would eventually find her. Veronica gulped and began sweating. She had to defend herself! She fumbled around in the cabinet, trying to find something...anything to help her! Her hand around something, just as the werewolf jerked open the door!
